Yes, there are ads

I have included advertisements on this page because I am extremely poor. If you would help me out by clicking an ad I would be grateful. I have limited the ads to the categories that I believe will interest my readers. I have blocked the smutty categories. I also know that there will be ads that neither you or I agree with.

  1. As an addendum. I failed to mention this very important point. My mom leaving the Mennonites early this year had nothing to do with me leaving. I had made up my mind to leave before she even decided to leave.

  2. Looking forward to reading your blog Manfred. Expect some backlash if you are open about what you disagree with. I have very few friends left.

You are a man of great wisdom, and from bouncing back and forth between about 20 churches in 20 years you have brought everything to light.

Quite interesting. You put it in words pretty good. Thats basically same as me, I go by a very lot of the conservative stuff, but I just call myself anabaptist because the infividual groups have strayed a bit from the original anabptists. I go for the dictrine, not the standards or traditions or name game. I like to say I am a christian instead of a mennonite. Like someone said, Id rather be a christian who happens to be a mennonite than a mennonite who happens to be a christian. Stick to your choice. If that is what you havev sincerely come up with between you and God, dont let them talk you out of it. I have come to that place as well on a lot of things, I know where I stand on cedtain subjects and im not really gonna get into discussing it with them. I love them all indeed I do, and I will go along with them on some things that dont bother me so I can be at peace with them. But as long as your heart is confident in the Lord and you feel right, then humans cant say because they are not God. Ive had mennonites say a lot of awful things about other Christians when I know those other other Christiams are more godly than the mennonites who were talking about them!! God bless you and give you strength to be who you need to be and who He wants you to be and do what you need to do and what He wants you to do!!
